Systems Analyst / Manager

The Role

Support reliable cloud-based systems and integrations for a client in this hands-on Systems Analyst / Manager role. The engagement is expected to last four months, with potential extension. Working hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time are preferred; flexible arrangements may be considered.

Why This Role

• Monitor and support cloud-based applications and integrations, investigating and resolving operational issues
• Troubleshoot API connectivity, authentication, and secure data exchange between systems
• Develop or use scripts to streamline support activities and address recurring issues
• Work with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritize needs, and coordinate solutions

What You Bring

• Practical experience supporting cloud platforms, integrated systems, and production operations
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, API security, and at least one scripting language
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and business stakeholder engagement skills
• Preferred: exposure to healthcare interoperability standards, particularly FHIR
