Full-time, permanent on-site Specialist, Mechanical Engineer – Mechanisms opportunity in Carlsbad, California. Requires active Top Secret or TS/SCI; a clearance active within the last two years may be considered. A favorable polygraph is required before starting. Relocation may be possible.

• Skills include precision mechanisms, mechanical design, mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems, Creo, 3D CAD, GD&T, ASME Y14.5, thermal/structural considerations, SWaP, actuators, custom gear trains, electro-optical systems, materials testing, manufacturing processes, additive manufacturing, DFMA, prototype/integration/testing, and PDR/CDR
