Specialist, Technical Trainer / Mission Operations Trainer

The Role

Full-time, permanent on-site opportunity in Palm Bay, Florida. The role requires a currently active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph that the candidate is currently using. Occasional travel is required; a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off is available. Relocation may be possible for an ideal candidate.

What You Bring

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph — must currently be using it
• Technical trainer or instructor background
• Experience with complex communications systems; hardware/software setup and configuration; loading commercial and custom software; system integration; troubleshooting; test procedures; and hardware configuration
• Classroom and hands-on training experience; customer-facing experience; ability to explain complex technical subjects
• MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, graduate degree plus 2 years, or approximately 8 years of relevant experience without a degree
• Available for occasional travel and on-site work in Palm Bay, FL
