    The Role

    Lead patient care at a men's health clinic in the Memorial area of Houston. This on-site role begins part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time. Conduct comprehensive assessments, review medical histories, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans. Work closely with clinic staff to deliver attentive care, maintain accurate records, and uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

    Why This Role

    • Evaluate patients for low testosterone and prescribe treatment under physician supervision
    • Manage hormone optimization and medical weight loss programs, including follow-up visits and treatment adjustments based on clinical outcomes
    • Administer and monitor therapies including testosterone replacement, peptide therapy, vitamin injections, and musculoskeletal pain treatments
    • Provide sexual health treatments, including GainsWave, P-Shot, and Trimix, and administer intramuscular and PRP injections
    • Explain care options and treatment benefits clearly and compassionately to patients
    • Collaborate with Medical Assistants and front-desk staff to support patient flow, clinic goals, and complete clinical documentation
    • Ensure care complies with applicable federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements

    What You Bring

    • Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certification and a current Texas license (such as PA-C, FNP, or AGNP)
    • Active DEA certificate and controlled substance registration in good standing
    • Clinical experience in men's health, internal medicine, endocrinology, primary care, or a related field
    • Sound judgment in patient assessment, differential diagnosis, evidence-based treatment planning, and relevant laboratory testing
    • Experience or strong interest in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and sexual health treatments
    • Proficiency with electronic health records and accurate, confidential clinical documentation
    • Strong communication and patient education skills, with an empathetic and professional approach
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced, concierge-style clinical setting
    • Availability to work part-time on-site in Houston, including possible evenings or weekends, and willingness to transition to full-time
    • No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
