    Marketing & Brand Intern

    The Role

    Global Impact Center (Private) Limited, a subsidiary of IT Impact Consulting, USA, is looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy intern to support the marketing, branding, and digital presence of IT Impact Consulting and Global Impact Center, with occasional support for recruitment activities. The intern will work closely with the Marketing Lead while gaining practical exposure to a growing technology and consulting business.

    Why This Role

    • Develop and publish content for LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms, including basic visuals and short-form video
    • Support the planning and execution of social media and digital marketing campaigns
    • Maintain the content calendar and help communicate company updates, partnerships, events, achievements, and hiring activities on time
    • Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance, and share insights to improve future content
    • Review and support website content updates, including the Careers and Hiring section
    • Assist with marketing collateral, presentations, company profiles, campaign materials, and brand communications
    • Research industry developments, competitors, content ideas, and current social media trends
    • Help maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity while organizing marketing assets
    • Provide recruitment support when required, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and basic administration
    • Initial duration is 3 months, with the possibility of extension up to 6 months based on performance and business requirements

    What You Bring

    • Undergraduate or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media Sciences, Business Administration, HR, or a related field
    • Strong written communication skills with a good eye for content, branding, and presentation
    • Good understanding of LinkedIn, social media trends, reels, and short-form content
    • Comfortable creating and editing basic visual and video content; familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and basic Photoshop preferred
    • Adobe Premiere Pro experience is a plus
    • Basic understanding of website content management and Excel or Google Sheets
    • Organized, proactive, resourceful, keen to learn, and comfortable working independently after receiving clear direction
